Halloween




October 31st is Halloween. Where does Halloween come from? The Celts lived in Britain, Ireland and parts of France over 2,000 years ago, and October 31st was the end of their year. The Celts believed that ghosts came back to earth on this day. Today many people around the world celebrate this old festival - but today people usually have parties, dress up, and tell spooky stories about witches, skeletons, bats and ghosts. Have some Halloween fun!

500 gr. macaroni 
4 dl crushed tomatoes 
1 onion 
300 gr. mince 
oil 

salt and pepper


how to do it 

Cut the onion into small cubes or chop in a blender and saute over low heat, add the meat, season with salt and pepper and when properly sautéed, add the tomato and cook for 20 to 30 minutes and finish seasoning. Cook the macaroni in salted water and a few drops of oil (the correct ratio is 1 liter of water and 10 gr. Salt per 100 gr. Pasta). Once cooked drain and toss with salsaUna when mixed with the sauce can be served as well or put them a little grated cheese and grill for a few moments in a hot oven.

ingredients:
Ingredients for 6 people: 600g of noodles, 500 grams of crayfish, prawns 250g, 250g monkfish, sepia 200 g, 100 g tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 1.5 dl oil, 5 or 6 saffron, paprika 5g, 2 l fish stock 
preparation :
Wash and drain  prawns and crayfish and check the salt. The monkfish and squid cleaned and chopped. You peel and chop tomatoes and mash in a mortar, separately, garlic, parsley and a little lemon juice. In a saucepan or paella pan pour oil and when hot prawns and scampi fry; then removed from heat and reserve. In the same oil fry after monkfish, sepia, chopped tomatoes and paprika. It is very important to do in this order. Once prepared the sauce, fish broth and add salt if necessary. When you start boiling the noodles are added. After 5 to 6 minutes prawns and crayfish are put. Also the crushed garlic and parsley, and saffron. Let it cook another 16 or 18 minutes. After this time the dish is removed from heat and let stand for 5 minutes for the noodles to soak up the cooking juices.
